All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
● Metro cities: 4–5 business days
● Non-metro locations: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Baby That Barks may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. If you face any issues tracking your order, you can reach out to us at care@babythatbarks.com and we’ll help you out.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. Baby That Barks will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible or contact us within 48 hours at care@babythatbarks.com with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
