Refund policy
At Baby That Barks, your petโs comfort, safety and happiness are at the heart of everything we create. We take great care in ensuring our products reach you in perfect condition. If something isnโt quite right, weโll do our best to make it right. Please go through our return and exchange policy before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
โ The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
โ You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
โ The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags, seals and labels intact.
โ A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
To initiate a return, please email us at care@babythatbarks.com with your order details and clear images showing the issue.
Return Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.
Please do not ship any items back without prior confirmation, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If the return is approved, we will either arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label, depending on your location and service availability.
Upon your acceptance of the return, a store credit will be issued to you.
Damages & Issues
We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at care@babythatbarks.com.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene, safety and product integrity, we do not accept returns for:
โ Items that are not damaged or defective.
โ Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
โ Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
โ Exchange and replacement is not applicable, Only returns.

Store Credit Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on the Baby That Barks website. Store credit will be issued within 10 business days of approval and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
